Have you ever wondered why there is so much focus on Texas and Florida, while states that have the exact same rules in place like Montana, South Dakota, Wisconsin, etc. are ignored? It is because they matter more in elections.
The MSM talks about these states because they want more Democrats to move there to change them. If they take either state, (and we are pretending elections are fair), they would never be able to lose.
